I have been going to this office since my son was two years old he is now 12 so that’s 10 years! Since then I’ve had three other children that also go to this office and see Dr. Silvia! I have had nothing but phenomenal experiences. The nurses the doctors and even the medical assistants have always always been respectful, caring and they listen to what you have to say. Anytime I have a concern they make sure that I am seen even if it’s silly they never make you feel like you should have never came in! If our doctor is not available they try to schedule me with another doctor in the office. I have had experiences with Most of the doctors in the facility and not once did I feel we were not treated right. Not once did I feel dismissed or insecure about the visit. All of my concerns have always been addressed and if there was an area where we needed to see a specialist without a blink of an eye a referral was made for us. I will ALWAYS recommend and refer people to this office. Yes in the past two years wait times has increased! UMM HELLOOOO PEOPLE THE PANDEMIC???? Staff has been lost and they are working a full office with very minimal staff! Please try to be kind and patient with the office staff it’s not their fault they are all trying!

We have been taking my son to Dr. McQuaid since he was 4 days old, he's almost 10 now. We have always received exemplary care from Dr. McQuaid and her colleagues. She takes her time with our son and his care, and is super thorough and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain things, and as a parent of a special needs child, she provides that extra validation that we're on the right track. When we noticed he wasn't hitting his milestones, she is the one who guided us towards getting our diagnosis right away.

We just had our first visit yesterday since transferring from a pediatrician in Providence. We were so impressed! I called around 2pm for my daughter to be seen because I had a feeling she had an ear infection. They were able to see us at 3:30pm - super quickly. We only waited in the waiting room until about 3:40ish which is definitely a short wait time, especially for after school hours. The waiting room has a great fish tank as well as a separate space for well babies waiting for their checkups so that they don’t have to mingle with the sick kids waiting room. The nurse and doctor that we saw were both kind, courteous, respectful, and efficient. The room itself was clean, had a bucket of kids books to read while they wait, and all the electrical plugs had the types of covers that are installed into the wall vs. just a plastic plug in that smart kids can pull out and that often get left unplugged by people who need to use their phone chargers. Little things like that a great touch that show me how much they value patient safety. As a former pediatric medical assistant of 6 years at other practices in the area, I was VERY impressed by this office and I’m very glad we chose it for my daughter.

Always an amazing experience with Dr. Silva! She loves the kids and actually listens to every concern we have!

Dr. Tomasi and Elizabeth Tomasi are amazing. I’ve been bringing my children there for 20 years. They are both kind, understanding, and amazing clinicians. Would not trust my kids, when they were pediatrics, with anyone else.

My son has been a patient of Dr Acker at Northwoods since birth. He is now 18. We’ve had excellent care there.

I have been going to this office for 33 years, for myself at first and now my son. I am very happy with the outstanding quality of care through the amazing staff at this facility!

We had our kid's physical along with couple of vaccines. Dr.Acker spent an excellent time with us and my kid. He made us more comfortable in sharing our queries and responded very well.

Dr. McQuaid has always been wonderful! She is precise, to the point, very realistic, and honest which I respect very much.

Staff is great and Dr. McQuaid is a thoughtful and caring pediatrician. While she often runs late, it’s because she wants to spend the necessary time with her patients. I’ll take that just knowing my children are getting the level of care they ( and I) need.

we transferred from a different pediatric Doctor Who we felt didn’t take us seriously, We absolutely love Northwoods pediatrics, and Our girls pediatrician Dr. Sengupta , He is caring attentive, Really listens to what we have to say, And is thorough with his examinations to make sure that there is never anything missed! We would recommend him to just about any parent!! he is a needle in a haystack kind of doctor ♥️

My 2 children have been going to this office their entire lives (10 & 8 years), we absolutely love the doctors and staff! Dr. Fasanello is absolutely amazing, we just love her. Always takes her time with the kids to go over safety and stranger danger as well as answer any questions. My children feel completely comfortable, I would 100% recommend this office!

We love Dr. Tomase! He answers all our questions and we never feel rushed. The staff is always great too!

I have been going here since my daughter was a baby she's now 15 first you saw Dr acker and he was wonderful but I wanted a female doctor so we switched Dr fasenello and she's been amazing you never have to wait long in the office well the waiting room they answer all of your questions I wouldn't go anywhere else

Quick to get an appt! Dr. Acker very compassionate and listens to everything that is being told to him about issues. Great Doctor and highly recommend

The staff are always so nice and my son's pediatric the Doctor Acker is very nice and kind, he is my son's Doctor since my son born! Always in a good mood kind and helping us when we need!! Thank you Doc!! All l can say is thank you for all this years taking care my son!!

Dr Mcquaid has been a thoughtful and involved doctor with my two children since day one. She listens and validates any concerns I have and is involved, fully, in making sure they are improving and doing well. I never feel rushed, even when there are multiple other people to be seen. I highly recommend her and her office of staff to anyone looking for a great pediatrician for their children.

The absolute best pedi office. They go above and beyond for all of my children. I am beyond grateful. From the front office, to the nursing staff, to the doctors, all just wonderful people who care about your kiddos. Thank you all for keeping my kids healthy and safe!
