Our dedicated team of nurses work tirelessly to ensure your child receives needed resources, medical supplies and equipment, nutritional formulas or medications which need pre-approval from your insurance company. You can be reassured that you are never alone, trying to get your child’s needs met. Our nurses are your greatest advocates! 

Our Integrative Care Management Program (ICMP) through Massachusetts General Hospital for Children provides additional support to all of our families, particularly those caring for children with complex health needs. This invaluable resource includes a dedicated pediatric nurse, a compassionate social worker, and a team of community health specialists who excel in connecting families with vital local resources. Each member of our ICMP team plays a pivotal role in bolstering families' efforts to provide exceptional care for their children. Integrated seamlessly into our office, this program ensures that every family receives the comprehensive support they deserve.
