We Accept Most Insurance Carriers

Please have your card with you at the time of your visit. If we file your claim, you are responsible for only the co-pay at the time of visit. If we are not a provider for your insurance, if you are not insured or we do not file with your insurance company, you may be responsible for the entire charge at the time of service.

If you do not see your health insurance plan listed, PLEASE call your insurance carrier to verify that we are in-network providers within your plan. Failure to do so may result in you being responsible for the full payment of all charges for the visit.

  • Private Healthcare Systems
  • Tricare East
  • We do take, but are not a preferred provider. This means you may have a higher out-of-pocket expense. Always check with your insurance company to see what is covered.
  • Tufts Health Plans and Tufts Direct– We accept most Tufts Plans
  • No Tufts Spirit
