Dr. McQuaid attended medical school at Columbia University. She performed her Pediatric Residency at Children’s Hospital in Boston and Boston Medical Center. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society. Dr. McQuaid was raised in New York City, but returned to her native Massachusetts, and has been at Pediatric Associates at Northwoods since 1996. While Dr. McQuaid enjoys taking care of children of all ages, she has a particular interest in the newborn period, including breastfeeding challenges, colic and sleep problems. She enjoys helping families navigate the terrible two’s, terrific three’s and fabulous fours on through school age hurdles. Dr. McQuaid and her husband have two children. In her free time, Dr McQuaid enjoys reading mystery novels and digging in her garden.

Dr. McQuaid is in the office on Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 9:30am-12pm, Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday from 9am–12pm.
During On Call Days:
- Monday, Tuesday or Thursday until 6:30pm
- Saturday 9am-2pm
- Sunday 9am-1pm
